  • I really enjoy Linh's tea ceremonies as I am able to enter a mindful, trance-like state that leaves me feeling refreshed. I personally prefer guided meditation practices and have found that the tea ceremony is a wonderful way for me to become mindful while also feeling a sense of community. I was able to experience calmness and felt that I was being held by those around me. Anyone who enjoys guided meditative practices should give these tea ceremonies a try!

  • Linh's tea ceremonies are very immersive, I have left them feeling soothed, joyful, and full of light. The sounds of hot tea being poured and the calming energy that Linh emanates throughout the ceremony are utterly divine. I felt respected by Linh and the people that attended so it was easy to share vulnerable inner-experiences that came up during the meditation. Whenever she has a tea ceremony, I soon after find myself looking forward to and patiently waiting for the next one.

  • I am so grateful to have participated in one of Linh’s tea ceremonies. Linh sets a warm, welcoming and intimate container so participants co-create the tea ceremony experience along side her, including both opening and closing circles. Linh provided enough background to help participants understand the traditions and practices and does an amazing job holding space for participants to cultivate their own personal experience with the ceremony. If you get a chance, go!! You won’t regret it!

  • Linh's tea ceremonies are such a wonderful way to re-connect with ourselves, our community and nature. The ceremonies are a beautiful way to honor tradition and hold space for ourselves and others in a supportive and restorative way. They started me on a mindfulness journey and always help re-align me to myself and keep me feeling centered and more balanced.
